Refund and Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from ConstantCreationCo. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Return Period

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been processed or shipped. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Some health and personal care items

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines

  • Intimate or sanitary items

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, including:

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt of your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

  2. Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary)

  3. Contact your bank

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at:

If the exchange is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and a description of the issue

  3. If the return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund.


Shipping Returns

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
